I've used Freehome Estates for longterm rentals for the past three years... Frank and his team, especially Vicki who now looks after me are always very helpful, reliable and friendly. She always goes above and beyond and achieves what I need quickly and without any fuss.. Nothing phases her.. And Nothing is ever too much.. There's nothing they don't know about the property market in Marbella, which can be quite daunting for someone like me who had no experience of it. It's ten out of ten from me..I would certainly recommend them.. They've really looked after me.

My husband and I have been very happy with the way Freehome estates have handled both the letting and management of our apartment and it’s recent sale. Prior to the rental period, they organised for the apartment to be painted throughout and supervised the removal of paintings, curtains etc. They sorted minor repairs which cropped up and a total clean prior to the apartment being marketed for sale. Vicki has kept us informed at every step of the sale process and has been helpful in assisting us to engage a lawyer to complete the sale. Freehome estates are efficient and friendly and give real personal service and I have no hesitation in recommending them for both property management and sales.

Free Home Estates is my great contact in Spain, Marbella for renting and buying a villa. In 2018 I rented a villa through Frank from Free Home Estates for the first time in which they guided me perfectly. It is also great that if we have 10 or more guests, they also have a breakfast or lunch service so that they take care of everything for us and our guests in our rented villa. If we had minor repairs, they are always available and it is picked up quickly, very happy with it. The result for us is that we have become so enthusiastic that we have even bought a villa through El Rosario through Free Home Estates. All with very nice, warm guidance from Free Home Estates because it just feels very good and ultimately everything is picked up properly.
